DELIVERY & PICKUP OPTIONS


DESIGNER PARTY PACKAGES

The prices listed for all delivery methods only apply to deliveries and pickups made within 30 miles of Glendale, CA. Longer distances will be subject to additional delivery and pickup charges. Please contact us for a delivery quote if your event is more than 30 miles away.

DIY DROP-OFF

This includes delivery and pickup only. No installation or breakdown. A Fab-U-Tique team member will drop off all Designer Party Package elements at your doorstep. You set everything up yourself. After your event, you must pack up all items in their original containers prior to pickup and have them ready to go at your doorstep or loading dock.

Additional labor charges may apply if items are not packed and positioned near the venue entrance at time of pickup. Additional labor charges may also apply if deliveries and pickups include long travel distances or staircases.

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY & PICKUP

DIY Flexible Delivery and Pickup is included in all Designer Party Package pricing.

Fab-U-Tique will drop off your Designer Party Package during business hours. Deliveries may take place Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We will schedule the date with you in advance and give you a 4-hour delivery time frame. We will call you one hour prior to delivery.

After your event, Fab-U-Tique will pick up your Designer Party Package during business hours. Pickups may take place Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We will schedule the date with you in advance and give you a 4-hour pickup time frame. We will call you one hour prior to pickup.

TIMED / AFTERHOURS DELIVERY & PICKUP (+$200)*

FAB-U-TIQUE will drop off your Designer Party Package at on a date and time specified by you. If you need your package to be delivered at a specific time, outside of business hours, or on weekends, this is the option for you. Delivery can be anytime, day or night.

After your event, Fab-U-Tique will pick up your Designer Party Package at on a date and time specified by you. If you need your package to be picked up at a specific time, outside of business hours, or on weekends, this is the option for you. Pickup can be anytime, day or night.

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE (+$600)

This includes delivery, pickup, and a full-service installation. A Fab-U-Tique designer will come to your venue and completely set up every Designer Party Package element to guarantee a flawless and beautiful execution of your designer package. After your event, a Fab-U-Tique team member will break down and pack up your package.

CUSTOM RENTAL ORDERS

SETUP & INSTALLATION

If you would like assistance with setting up and installing your rentals, a Fab-U-Tique team member will individually quote your order based on your needs. Setup and installation charges will depend on the number of staff members and labor hours required to install your order. Breakdown charges will also be quoted accordingly.

WILL CALL

Custom rental orders may be picked up from our warehouse during business hours, except for items marked "Not Available For Pickup" on the product page.

All rental orders require either of the following prior to pickup:

  • Proof of insurance for rental property; or
  • Payment of a refundable 25% damage deposit.

Items must be returned on time to our warehouse during business hours and in their original condition. Items will be inspected and damage and/or loss charges will be charged accordingly.
