TERMS & CONDITIONS


PAYMENT TERMS & DAMAGE DEPOSITS

All customers must provide a copy of their Driver's License or government-issued ID in addition to a credit card that will be kept on file for lost or damaged items. Customers are responsible for returning all items in their proper quantities and conditions. Damages to items will be assessed and charged for their repair costs. Lost or unrepairable items will be charged at their full replacement cost.

DESIGNER PARTY PACKAGES & CUSTOM EVENT DESIGN

Payment-in-full is required on all Designer Party Packages at the time of purchase. Designer Packages, including all Add-On Packages, must be purchased NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. If your event is less than 14 days away, please call us to discuss your needs.

After you complete your purchase, you will be contacted by a Fab-U-Tique team member to confirm the details of your order. You will be required to submit a credit card authorization form for a valid credit card that will be kept on file in case of product damage or loss. No items will be delivered if a credit card is not provided.

RENTAL ORDERS

Payment-in-full is required at 3 least business days prior to delivery. No rentals will be delivered or released to a customer if payment-in-full has not been made. Unless a customer is able to provide proof of insurance for rental items, a refundable damage deposit of 25% of the order total will be applied to all rental orders. Items will be assessed for damages upon return. The damage deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after all items have been returned, less any damage fees that are applied.

DESIGNER PACKAGE CUSTOMIZATION

If you would like us to make any changes to an existing Designer Party Package (such as linen color, napkin color, glassware, etc.), we are happy to accommodate your change at a fee of $75.00 per item. The revised items must be comparable to the original items in quality and price. Otherwise, if the revised items are considered to be an upgrade, you will have to pay for the upgraded cost of the items.

DESIGNER PACKAGE SUBSTITUTIONS

While we strive to give you an exact Designer Package every time, there are times when certain items may be unavailable for rent on a particular date due to demand or maintenance needs. Fab-U-Tique reserves the right to substitute any items in a Designer Party Package with a comparable product if the item is unavailable during the customer's requested rental period. Fab-U-Tique will ensure that any substituted products will match the package theme and be of similar style and quality.

DELIVERY DISTANCE

The prices listed for all delivery methods only apply to deliveries and pickups made within 30 miles of Glendale, CA. Longer distances will be subject to additional delivery and pickup charges. Please contact us for a delivery quote if your event is more than 30 miles away.

ONLINE ORDERS

FAB-U-TIQUE reserves the right to cancel any online order that does not fully meet our terms and conditions.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase may be fully refunded. Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before 7 days prior to delivery will be charged 50% of the order. If an entire order is cancelled less than 7 days prior to delivery, the customer will be charged 100% of the order.
